Anger is a human response to a situation or person or event. It is something that as human-beings we can all create. However, when anger starts interfering with your life and you find it difficult to let go of or hard to control, its time to make changes. No one likes being ‘out of control’ or having our buttons pushed. I can show you how to change this, so that you feel more confident and back in control.

Of all the angry clients I’ve worked with (and there have been many), I always find that anger is just the tip of the iceberg, masking deeper negative feelings such as vulnerability, fear, anxiety, powerlessness, loneliness or disrespect.

When we feel rubbish about ourselves (low self-esteem), we look for evidence that others think the same as us. However, when looking for this evidence to back up our views, we can incorrectly take things personally, losing perspective and worked-up. By showing you how to build up your self-esteem and self-confidence and take back control of your emotions, I’ll teach you to feel more powerful and self assured, so reacting angrily just isn’t necessary.
